When will my order ship?

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible.  Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed.

If I'm not 100% satisfied with my product can I return or exchange it?

PrendaBella offers a full refund minus shipping to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date you received your item.  Due to the uniqueness of our pieces, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.

To accept your return, the following conditions must apply:

  • Please contact us at prendabellaboutique@gmail.com to request a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost associated to your return. Upon accepting your return we will generate a return label to be emailed to you. The cost of the shipping label will be charged to your account only if you decide to use it.
  • If 15 days have passed from the date you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Items marked as Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We want to have satisfied customers and appreciate any feedback with your purchasing and return experience.
  • Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

All our items ship from Chicago, IL, USA. 

 Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes! you can cancel or change your order up to 60 minutes after you have made it. Please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Methods

PrendaBella offers free standard shipping to all orders within the contiguous United States.  The carriers we use are either UPS or USPS which take approximately 2-3 business days.

We offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories for a flat fee of $10.00 for purchases up to $200.00. Purchases of more than $200.00 will be charged a flat fee of $25. Expedited shipping is available and options are selected at checkout. We utilize USPS as the carrier which takes approximately 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for understanding any and all import policies, for paying their country's import customs duties, and for understanding the unique postal regulations of the country to which they are requesting delivery. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

International shipping is not offered at this time.
