When will my order ship?

We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible.  Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed.

If I'm not 100% satisfied with my product can I return it or exchange for another item?

PrendaBella offers a full refund minus shipping to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date you received your item.  Due to the uniqueness of our pieces, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.

To accept your return, the following conditions must apply:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You are responsible for the shipping cost associated to your return.
  • If 15 days have passed from the date you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If you want us to generate a return label to be sent to you, please contact us for instructions. The cost of the shipping label will be charged to your account.
  • Please contact us for instructions prior to making a return at prendabellaboutique@gmail.com.
  • We want to have satisfied customers and appreciate any feedback with your purchasing and return experience.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

 Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes! you can cancel or change your order up to 60 minutes after you have made it. Please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Methods

PrendaBella offers free standard shipping to all orders within the contiguous United States.  The carriers we use are either UPS or USPS 2-3 business days.

We also offer free standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We use USPS 2-8 business days.

We also offer expedited shipping; the options will be available at checkout.

We offer international shipping for a flat fee of $20.00 for purchases up to $200.00. Purchases of more than $200.00 will be charged a flat fee of $50. Expedited shipping is available and options are selected at checkout. We utilize USPS as the carrier 7-21 business days. Customers are responsible for understanding any and all import policies, for paying their country's import customs duties, and for understanding the unique postal regulations of the country to which they are requesting delivery. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
