Where do the items ship from?
All our items ship from Chicago, IL.
When will my order ship?
We strive to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped in 1-2 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after they are placed.
How much is domestic shipping?
PrendaBella offers free 3-4 business day delivery to all orders in the contiguous US.
We offer 3-4 day business day delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories for a flat rate of $10.00.
Do you offer international shipping?
We now offer international shipping at various flat rates depending on location. Please refer to Shipping section for rates.
Do you offer pick up or delivery?
We now offer curbside pickup and delivery within an 8 mile radius from our downtown Chicago location. Please contact us for information or to arrange a pick up at 1-312-768-8876.

How does Pre-ordering work?
Get early access to the item you want! Just select the item, click pre-order and continue with checkout as usual. You will receive an email when the item is ready to ship. Approximate dates of delivery are given for each item in the description. Read more information in our Pre-order section.
Please note: If you add any other items in your cart from our current collections they will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item is sent. If you want it to be sent sooner, we suggest you place a separate order.
If I'm not 100% satisfied with my product can I return it?
PrendaBella offers a full refund to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging and in its original condition. You are responsible for the cost of the return.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange within 15 days of delivery.
Is merchandise on sale returnable?
Merchandise marked on sale is considered as final sale and is non-returnable.
How do I process a return?
Go to Request a refund at the bottom navigation and fill out your email and order number. You will receive a shipping label and slip. Cost of return is the customer's responsibility. US mainland and US territories are charged $10 return shipping and international destinations are charged $15, which is deducted from the order total.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Yes! you can cancel or change your order up to 60 minutes after you have made it. Please contact us for assistance.
