PrendaBella offers a full refund to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. You can also do an exchange. Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return label, which will be deducted from the total price of the item. Returns in the US and territories will be charged a flat rate of $10. Please note that larger boxes may incur an additional return charge. Merchandise marked on sale is considered as final sale and is non-returnable.
To accept your return or to exchange, the following conditions must apply:
- We accept returns or exchanges up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition with original packaging and tags attached and no signs of wear. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
- Go to Request a return and input your email and order number.
- You will be able to print a return label and slip to be enclosed. Remove any previous labels from the box before shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- If 15 days have passed from the shipping date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Please allow two weeks for your financial institution to process the return.
