Returns and Refund Policy
PrendaBella offers a full refund to the original form of payment if you are not satisfied with your product. Returns are accepted within 15 days of the date you received your order. Due to the uniqueness of our pieces, we cannot guarantee availability of merchandise for exchanges.
To accept your return, the following conditions must apply:
- Please contact us at email@example.com to request a return authorization within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging with tags attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost associated to your return. Upon accepting your return we will generate a return label to be emailed to you. The cost of the shipping label will be charged to your account only if you decide to use it.
- If 15 days have passed from the date you received your item, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Items marked as Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We want to have satisfied customers and appreciate any feedback with your purchasing and return experience.
- Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds will be processed within two days of receipt of accepted returns.
